Enquiry Guidelines

Both parties involved in an enquiry (the buyer and the seller) are asked to follow these guidelines to assure the successful completion of a project, without any problems. If you don't, you do so at your own risk, and will have a harder time convincing us to decide in your favor during any dispute with the other party.

Buyers

Detailed Project Description
Your enquiry description should be as detailed as possible. It's better to have too much information than too little. Some people choose to summarize the enquiry in the description field, and attach a file with more detailed info (for interested bidders). Which is a good idea. Please note that do not assume things and write in a way that seller gets 100% picture of what you demand. It helps to prevent future mis-understandings.

Additional information
if you fail to give full details then you can login to your account and add additional information.

Request Link of completed project.
We advise you to ask for attached file or ask for completion of job in any form which could be on seller's server in the form of partial finished project but it atleast gives you some peace of mind and you know that some form of effort has been put in for completion and it gives both parties confidence to move forward.

Payment Method
Before the completion, you should discuss with the seller how you will send payment for this project and this method should be acceptable to both parties.Eprogrammer suggests putting money in an escrow account specially when dealing with new seller without any reviews or past history of projects through eprogrammer website. Please note we take no responsibility of any loss or fraud in result of using this site as we do not hold any data of any programmer nor we have means to check authenticity of any one of them and our terms are clear on this subject.

Please do not hesitate to check their presence on net in the form of their website and try to communicate through webmail address to check if they are genuine or not.

You must leave your honest openion about programmer you used and it helps others using our service in future. A good work must be rewarded and bad work should not be ignored and it must reflect in your feed back.

Sellers

Know the Project
You should know how will you complete this project and how much time is required to complete and quote accordingly .You should be realistic in terms of completion as buyer might have selected you because of time you quoted so know your ability to perform some actions before you place your bid. If you need more details, post it on the message board for that project, request more information from the buyer, double check things and place your bid and time.

Updates
You might consider updating the buyer on your progress throughout specially if it's a long time involved. This will assure that there is no confusion on both sides.

Inform before completion
You should inform buyer and send an email to inform completion and if need be some files attached or work uploaded on your server will please buyer and give him chance to let you know improvements if required.

Payment Method
Before completion , you should discuss with the buyer how payment will be made and rest assured that you are paid in advance before you handover final finished project. Eprogrammer suggests that you ask the seller to send money through paypal /moneybookers and put money in an escrow account with eprogrammers or any other method mutually agreed by both of you.

After successful completion you are requested to leave genuine feed back so others using this user in future are clear about his or her dealings with programmers which may be in good sense or unfortunately bad experience you might have experienced.

And don't rate the other party before the enquiry is completed, you might change your mind, and the rating cannot be changed.
